Every group needs five confirmed travelers. That number is checked automatically at the payment deadline — two months before departure, to the day.
Reach it and the trip is locked in. Fall short and the group is cancelled and every payment is refunded in full, to the card it came from, without anyone having to ask. The platform enforces it, so it doesn't depend on a coordinator remembering.
Below five. If the deadline arrived now, the trip would be cancelled and everyone refunded.
Past five. The trip goes ahead, and the coordinator has earned a €40 credit.
Past twenty. Two seats are covered for the coordinator — shown hollow on the manifest.
The order matters — a seat isn't yours until the step before it is done.
Filter by month, price or the organiser running it. Every group shows exactly how full it is.
Names as printed in the passport, dates of birth and passport numbers. We check validity as you type.
Held, not confirmed. It stays yours until the payment deadline two months before departure.
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer. Pay in instalments if you prefer — the seat confirms when the balance clears.
Itinerary, documents and checklist land in your account. Your coordinator travels with the group.
You gather the names and lead the group. The platform handles the paperwork, the reminders, the deadlines and the refunds — so the part you're good at is the part you actually spend time on.
